In preparation for the distribution of 2013 W-2 forms to Purdue employees, the University Tax Department urges employees to review their home addresses in Employee Self-Service (ESS) by Dec.
31. All W-2s will be mailed in January, and a current address will help ensure prompt delivery.
Any W-2 returned to Purdue due to an undeliverable address may incur a wait time for reissuance. ESS is accessible to employees with their Purdue career account and password after logging into the OnePurdue Portal. A link to the portal is located at the bottom of the
Purdue home page. Instructions for accessing ESS can be found in the
Employee Self-Service Navigation QRC on the
Human Resources and Employee Self-Service QRCs page located of the OnePurdue website. Employees can update their addresses online through ESS. After logging into ESS, click the link to “Personal Information,” and then click “Address” and follow the instructions for making the
change. Payroll Services asks employees to note these special circumstances about updating their addresses: Terminated employees’
updated addresses will be emailed to the
Payroll Appointment Specialist within Payroll Services
by their business office. For security purposes, emails directly from terminated employees will not be accepted. However, terminated employees may submit a
Form 13—Employee Information Form. ALL Purdue employees (faculty, staff and students) with an address outside the United States must submit their change
of address on a
Form 13 because ESS supports only addresses in the U.S. |
