[BNC-all] Evaporators

The three metal evaporators will be down through the weekend. The Airco has a mechanical problem and a part is on order. The Varian is down due to a student venting the cryopump to atmosphere. This fix may include a new cryopump. The CHA has a blown high voltage power supply which is being worked on currently. If any change in status occurs before Monday and email will be sent to all cleanroom users. Dave Lubelski
