Microscopy & Optical Metrology Workshop

Monday March 10^th through Friday March 14^th

You are cordially invited to a workshop provided by Olympus on 3D imaging and surface metrology. The workshop features the Olympus LEXT OLS4100 laser scanning confocal microscope system designed for industrial and materials research applications in fields such as semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, medical device, automotive, metallurgy, alternative energy, and more. You are invited to bring samples and will be able to keep images and data generated during the workshop.
