Greetings all, Fab Forum will be cancelled today. We’ll pick back up next week with a talk by BNC Etch experts Francis Manfred and Neil Dilley on two of our new etch tools, the Plasma-Therm APEX SLR ICP Etcher and the AJA Ion Mill.

Fab Forum is held Tuesdays at 3 PM in the BNC atrium, and allows BNC researchers a place to discuss their current problems, concerns, or successes with sample fabrication, characterization, or equipment use. The Fall 2019 talk schedule can be viewed here.
