The cleanroom and laboratories are now open for operation. Some equipment is still shut down for maintenance, or is in the process of being started back up. Cleanroom and Laboratories operations will be affected during the week. Sunday, 9 October 2011 Remove chemicals and hazardous materials from all hoods by 11:30PM Monday, 10 October 2011 Cleanroom and Labs closed beginning 7:00 AM No work involving exhausted hoods, biosafety cabinets or enclosures, vacuum systems, and/or toxic gas systems can be performed. The Ultrapure water system and most processing equipment will be taken off line for extended maintenance.
