UltraPure Water System

Will undergoing an ion exchange replacement during the holidays and the water will be out of specification for several days. We are attempting to keep the pumps working but the dissolved Silica levels will be elevated, which WILL cause rings and water spotting on wafer surfaces. The level of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) will also be elevated, which has the potential of surface contamination.

Please be aware of this and use the water sparingly, and at your own risk. These conditions will exist between 8:00 am on December 28 through noon on January 2.
