To avoid conflicting with the Discovery Park Distinguished Lecture series today, Fab Forum will be moved to tomorrow 12/4 at 1 PM in the BNC Atrium. All JEOL JBX-8100FS users are especially encouraged to attend, as this week’s informational
session will be a live demo/training of Beamer’s Visual Job. Visual Job will allow users to prepare their data ahead of time and significantly streamlines the data preparation process compared to JEOL’s JobMaker software. It should both increase the available
write time on the 8100 and cut down on write costs.
Fab Forum allows BNC researchers a place to discuss their current problems, concerns, or successes with sample fabrication, characterization, or equipment use. Light snacks will be served along with the coffee and tea of the week.
Thanks, we hope to see you there,
Justin
