Dear Birck Users, Many of you are aware of Purdue's Board of Trustees' investment to upgrade Birck's aging infrastructure and enhance our facilities. This upgrade is essential for the continued operation and modernization of our facilities. While this presents a significant opportunity for Birck, it also means that the complexity of the project will temporarily disrupt certain research programs and projects, especially those requiring frequent cleanroom access. We are committed to minimizing the impact on research by conducting construction in phases and maintaining certain capabilities in each core to allow for ongoing projects. Each phase has a unique construction schedule, so we have scheduled a 2-hour meeting for March 12, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm to go through the details of the plans.
