The BNC Cleanroom will be shut down on TUESDAY, 11/28/06, for preventive maintenance activities.  These will include the makeup air unit (MAU), the solvent exhaust, and the scrubbed exhaust systems.  These systems require a twice-yearly shut down to perform various tasks to keep them operational. 

Activities – and therefore the shutdown – will begin at 6:30 AM and should be completed by 5:30 PM.  Any deviation from that schedule will be communicated via e-mail to BNC-All, but no deviation is expected.  Barring unforeseen circumstances, the cleanroom will reopen at 5:30 PM.

Please plan your schedules accordingly.
