Birck Storage Building

Guidelines have been developed for use of the new storage building located near Mark’s office on the SW side of Birck.  Presently it is being used for contact-less package deliveries, but there remains a large space available for storage of key items needed for research but not used on a daily basis.  Mark and the team have developed the attached short guidelines document for use of the storage building.  It describes sectioning off of the space and prescribes the type of storage rack systems that have been approved for holding general items.  The racks also allow pallets to be rolled under the them and in the future we can expand to a roll-around stairway to store lighter items higher on the shelves.

Please review the attached guidelines document and contact Mary Jo if you’re interested in proceeding with using some of this space.

Lost Item

A ring was lost last week (possibly in the men’s bathroom).  If you find a silver ring with black lines and black dots please let Jaime Turner (jjturner@purdue.edu | 765-494-3509) know so she can return to the owner.
