IEEE-Electronic Packaging Society will be hosting Dr. John Lau, for a lecture on "Co-packaged optics - Heterogenous integration of photonic IC and electronic IC."
The lecture takes place in BRK 1001 on March 5^th from noon - 1:00 pm, and lunch will be served 15 mins before the talk.
