Normal power has been restored and building system will continue to stabilize through the night.  Card access to the building has been released for office access. 

Tomorrow morning you will be notified by email when hazardous process systems are restored and all laboratories and cleanroom are open for research.

Subject: [BNC-all] NOTICE - Birck Nanotechnology Center Shutdown

NOTICE: The BNC will be completely closed for one day on March 17, 2016 from 12:01AM to 11PM.

Only people involved in the shutdown will be allowed in the building during the shutdown. All offices, laboratories, and the cleanroom will be closed.  All chemicals and research inside fume hoods will need to be placed in closed containers prior to March 17, 2016 from 12:01AM.

Please make sure that you power down all computers and electrical devises in your office before leaving today. You will be notified by email when all laboratories and cleanroom have stabilized and open for research.
