West Parking Lot closed June 24 (weather permitting)

Flex Update:

· Surface grading and compaction likely to occur near the end of the week of 6/12/17

· Flex remains on 6-day work schedules.  Typical hours are 7:00am-3:30pm, with some work extending to 5:30pm. 

PVIL Update:

· HV shutdown has been re-scheduled for Saturday, June 24. This will be a 6-10 hour shut down and three crews and is including shut down of the West and South Nano Tech parking lots (towing enforced on Saturday 6-24-17). See map below for closed lots locations. The HV shutdown will cause all of PVIL, North of Nimitz, and those facilities North/Northwest of Halsey Drive to have no power. Birck or BIND will still have power.

Summer Hallway Scrubbing and Waxing

Please note the following dates.  These hallways will be closed from 5:00AM to 9:00AM.

June 12^th Monday – The west front door and first floor front office hallway west side.  This includes BRK 1287, 1287A, 1287B, 1287C, 1289, 1290, 1292, 1293, 1297, and 1299.

June 14^th Wednesday – The front part of the Atrium.  You will be able to come through the front door, but you will need to use the side hallways to get to the stairs.

SURF Students

13 of the 15 open desks in the hallways behind the atrium are reserved for summer SURF students until August 4, 2017.  There are two desks still for open use located at the end of the west hallway. The SURF student desks are marked accordingly.
