Leica is demoing their new industrial confocal microscope DCM8 (http://www.leica-microsystems.com/products/light-microscopes/industrial-mate...) . The system boasts a low vertical resolution of 2nm and is capable of interferometer measurements. Please bring samples for measurement. For questions please contact Andrew Kovacs.
