Due to adverse weather conditions and a very limited number of staff members being available, the cleanroom of the Birck Nanotechnology Center is closed.  Additionally, no chemical processing is allowed in the laboratories, including BL-2 processing.  This is to ensure the safety of all occupants of the facility.  It is hoped that we will be able to resume operations by 10:00 am Wednesday morning, but that is pending an improvement in road conditions.  We will keep you informed of any changes in status.  Thank you for your understanding and support during this situation.
