[BNC-all] Update

All, Unfortunately, it will be several hours before steam comes back online. We are nearly to the point that the air handlers for the labs and cleanroom could shut down automatically, therefore we must shut down all of our toxic gases and suspend all operations until further notice in order to keep people safe.
