Temporary Access Road to BNC Dock Closed Sept 1-2, 2016

Notice The temporary access road to the BNC Dock will be closed on Thursday and Friday this week, September 1-2, 2016. Alternative arrangements have been made for deliveries by large semis, and other vehicles are not supposed to be using that drive anyway. Access to the area behind the BNC for box trucks and smaller vehicles is, as always, via Marshall Drive and the south parking area at the end of Marshall Drive. Thank you for your understanding while repairs are made to the temporary access road. John John R. BNC Kitchen

Dear all, The kitchen counter has become overly cluttered with dishes, cups, utensils etc. We will be cleaning it tomorrow morning 8/23/16 @ 8am, anything left on it will be thrown away. Please do not leave your dishes, utensils, food, etc on the counter or in the sink, starting now they will be thrown away if left over night. Remember, the kitchen is used by all please be respectful to your peers/co-workers and others by cleaning up after yourself and keeping the sink, counters and refrigerator clean. Cell Culture Basics Training Workshop - September 22 &23 2016 - 2nd Announcement

Dear Fellow Scientist, For the coming academic year, the 3D3C facility has scheduled a Cell Culture Basics hands-on training workshop on September 22 and 23, 2016. This workshop is for standard cell culture (it is not for 3D cell culture). The registration deadline is on September 1. There will likely be only one or two workshop sessions on this topic this semester to accommodate for other workshops on specific or more specialized areas of cell culture. The training for the Cell Culture Basics workshop is for anyone who wishes to gain or refresh knowledge in basic and essential cell culture techniques.
