South Russell Street to close May 17 South Russell Street south of State Street and east of Herrick Laboratories will close on May 17 for infrastructure work. Street parking along this section will be unavailable, and a number of adjacent sidewalks will be closed while work is ongoing. Access to parking lots in the area will be maintained. The impacts are expected to remain in place through mid-July.
