Weldon family, Yesterday, July 1, marked my first official day, and it has been a truly invigorating start. I am filled with gratitude and enthusiasm for our Weldon team, who have welcomed me with incredible warmth and eagerness. The appreciation I feel is accompanied by a sense of profound awe. I feel fortunate to lead the Weldon School as we embark on our Good to Great journey. Last Thursday, I visited Indianapolis, where the anticipation for the future is palpable. In preparation for starting and over the last few days I've met and talked with many wonderful team members. I look forward to connecting with all of you soon. In the near term, I am focusing on listening and learning.
