Dear BME, We are excited to invite you to a workshop this coming Friday (8/23) with leading experts exploring synergies between AI and the brain. The intersection of AI and neuroscience represents a powerful synergy between cutting-edge fields: where AI experts have drawn inspiration from the brain's architecture to create neural networks, neuroscientists use AI to model neural processes and analyze complex brain data. The interplay between these disciplines deepens our understanding of human cognition and pushes the boundaries of machine intelligence. While the last decade has seen remarkable progress in AI-yielding systems that can solve a wide variety of tasks, much more is needed.
