Postdoctoral
Research Opportunities in Science (PROS) at Baylor College of
Medicine allows you to meet faculty and trainees from multiple labs and learn about our resources in the Texas Medical Center in Houston. We facilitate the matching between you and faculty with aligned interests and we provide you with guidance and support
throughout the exploration process. View our list
of interested faculty and training programs that are seeking postdoctoral
researchers. Candidates are expected to meet virtually with at least 3 prospective faculty mentors during the month of November. See the

PLaCE Short Courses Session 2 - Registration is Open
Registration is open for the PLaCE Fall 2023 Session 2 - Short Courses. https://purdue-place.gosignmeup.com/Public/Course/Browse.
Enrollment is limited to one class for the first week of registration. If space is available beginning October 5th, students
may register for a second class. Session 2 classes begin October 16th.
Visiting Scholars may register beginning October 6th, if space is available.
Classes are non-credit bearing and free to enrolled international students.
They may qualify to earn a certificate. We do ask, if students are not able to attend the entire session to not enroll, so another student may have the space. More details about classes may be found on the PLaCE website:

The Monthly Career Development Series will kick off in October with a talk by Dr. James Mohler, Ph.D. Associate Vice President of Scientific
Integrity and Research Compliance, Office of Research. The talk will take place Friday, Oct. 6, 2023 from 12-1pm in the Drug Discovery (DRUG) Lobby Conference Room. Lunch will be provided.

is Purdue University’s premier graduate research magazine. The mission of this magazine is to showcase and publish the influential and inspirational graduate research conducted at our university. Each publication features ten students, selected by Graduate
