General Abstracts & Specialty Track Submissions

We want you to join us and share your research and findings with us to help make BMES 2024 an incredible learning experience!

Please be sure to read the detailed submission information section on our website, and give yourself enough time to complete the entire submission process before the deadline.

Special Sessions Applications

We are now accepting applications for special sessions you’d like to host during the 2024 Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Md., from October 23 -26.

Special sessions are events and functions for attendees that do not fit within an existing track and often include:

  • BMES committee meetings
  • Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings/events
  • Lectures
  • Panel discussions
  • Board meetings
  • Social events
  • Award ceremonies
  • Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner events

 

 

DEADLINE: May 15

 

For questions regarding the general abstract submission process or becoming an abstract reviewer, please contact Abstracts@bmes.org

Please note: The submissions process has changed slightly this year and will include General Abstracts, Special Sessions and Specialty Tracks.  

Abstract reviewers will be prioritized for selection as session chairs.
