Hi all,
Thank you for our interactions at the Townhall today. I learned a lot and hope that our discussion helped understand what we can control, what we can’t, and how to tell the difference.
I’ll leave you all with the mantra recently championed by Purdue President, Mung Chiang. As reported in response to a question during a 4/5 Board of Trustees meeting, President Chiang said, “I do want to clearly state that not all universities
are the same. This university remains serene, sturdy, and strategic.”
I promise to keep you all updated as I continue to learn more about the problem statement and any strategic and/or creative solutions that are generated.
