BMES Student & Postdoctoral Travel Awards

BMES is excited to announce we are offering Student & Postdoctoral Travel Awards in conjunction with the BMES 2025 Annual Meeting. These awards are designed to support undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows from institutions with fewer professional advancement resources by providing registration assistance and lodging per diem.

We strongly encourage applications from individuals whose institutions have fewer opportunities for professional advancement or external recruitment. The travel awards are supported in part by an R13 conference grant from the NIH (NIH grant 1R13EB038105-01).

Award Details:

Eligibility: undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows
Criteria: statement of need
Benefits: complimentary registration for the BMES Annual Meeting, a stipend to help cover travel and lodging expenses
