Nucleate is a global, student-led nonprofit that helps life-science trainees turn research into companies - free and equity-free. Our flagship Activator pairs academic teams with mentors from biotech, med-tech, and venture capital, and runs structured, light-lift workshops on market validation, regulatory strategy, and fundraising. Teams at any stage (concept to spin-out-ready) get tailored support and face time with VCs and industry leaders. Nucleate has supported 600+ teams, helped raise $570M+, and contributed to 800+ jobs.
