super easy—all you really need is their date of birth to confirm they’ll be
38 or younger as of January 1, 2026.

Who are we looking for?
Alumni who:
• Are on a fast rise—early promotions, leadership roles, significant recognitions, impactful research, or standout entrepreneurial success
• Have made a meaningful impact on their organization, community, or field—whether through revenue, innovations, patents, startups, citations, or lives improved

Our 2025 pool was incredibly strong, with many BME nominees just shy of the top 38. One more year of achievements
could put them over the edge—so please re-nominate past candidates and bring new stars into the mix!
