With BMES under two weeks away, here are some guidelines to help with streamlining poster printing for the conference (these guidelines also apply for future poster printing needs):

• Please send your poster in PDF format (preferable) or PPT to Asem Aboelzahab (aboelzahab@purdue.edu)

• Submit your poster by Thursday 10/17 (earlier if possible)

• If you do anticipate needing to submit later than this date, please notify me when I should expect your poster

• I believe there may be over 20 posters from Purdue BME presenting at BMES, so this will require a few days to complete

• Last day for printing will be Tuesday 10/22

• Please confirm your poster size in your email request

• Default size for BMES is generally 36x48"

• Default printing is on gloss-paper (you may ask if other options are available - but they are not regularly stocked)
