Announcement: RNA-seq in practice: A one-day hands-on workshop on RCAC systems

This in-person workshop provides a practical introduction to running RNA-seq analyses on Purdue’s high-performance computing (HPC) systems. Participants will work through the complete workflow, from quality control through differential expression, with an emphasis on reproducibility and cluster-based execution. Basic command-line familiarity is recommended, but no prior experience with RNA-seq analysis is required.
