It is with sadness that I share the news of Gayle Cook’s passing. As co-founder of Cook Incorporated, which later grew into the Cook Group, she leaves behind an extraordinary legacy that has shaped the field
of medical devices and touched countless lives. The Cook Group, and especially Cook Medical, has been a valued and longtime partner of the Weldon School. We honor her remarkable accomplishments and join in mourning her loss, while also celebrating the enduring
impact of her life’s work.
