There have been some recent instances of biohazardous waste being improperly managed for disposal. Considering this, I’d highly encourage all labs to review their biohazard disposal training for their personnel and ensure that it complies with REM standards. Please refer to this up-to-date SOP for reference: SOP of autoclave machine ED_RAM
