I’m writing to ask if you could share the announcement below with your department’s mailing list. Purdue and Northwestern are co-hosting the Midwest Bioinformatics Showcase Seminar Series, a weekly spring seminar series highlighting graduate students and postdocs using computational and high-performance computing approaches in biological research.

Students and postdocs from any life-science or computational discipline are welcome to present or attend. Abstract submissions are open through January 16.

Midwest Bioinformatics Showcase Seminar Series

Purdue University and Northwestern University are co-hosting a weekly seminar series showcasing graduate students and postdoctoral researchers who use computational and high-performance computing approaches in genomics or biological research.

Those interested in presenting can submit an abstract at https://midwestbioinformatics.org. Talks may address any biological question, provided the work includes a computational component. Abstracts accepted through January 16.
