Dear Weldon Faculty, Staff, and Students,
As winter temperatures settle in, we’re coming together once again to support members of our community who could use a little extra care. Some of our students
are facing challenges staying warm this season, and we’re launching a Stay Warm Drive to help.
We invite you to donate new or gently used cold-weather items, including:
• Hats
• Mittens and gloves
• Scarves
• Socks
These items will be stored alongside our on-site pantry food supplies, allowing students to access them when needed.
Donations can be dropped off at the white boxes in MJIS or SL220, beginning Monday. Every contribution—no matter the size—helps make a real difference.
Together, we can help ensure no one in our community goes without warmth this winter. Thank you for your generosity and continued support.
BTW – the Food Pantry is up and running in MJIS. It is located next to the vending machines. In Indianapolis, please email Sherry Clemens at
Clemens4@purdue.edu and she will be happy to help you.
